JOB TITLE:      Clinical Negligence Solicitor
PQE:                0 – 3 years’ PQE
LOCATION:     Greater Manchester
SALARY:          On application

OVERVIEW:
•You will manage a wide range of cases, from investigations to settlement negotiations and representing clients in court.
•The appointed Solicitor will assist the team with clinical negligence cases, which involves attending meetings, organising conferences, and communicating with third parties, insurers, counsel, and medical experts.
•Newly Qualified Solicitor to Solicitors with up to 3 years’ PQE and experience dealing with Clinical Negligence cases.
•Hybrid working is available, with 3 days per week worked remotely following an initial settling in period.
