•Applicants should have at least a years’ experience handling contentious insolvency work and acting for insolvency office-holders on antecedent transactions and breach of duty claims under the Insolvency Act 1986 and Companies Act 2006.
•You will advise clients on restructuring strategies and insolvency proceedings, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
•Draft and review legal documentation related to bankruptcy filings, debt restructuring agreements, creditor negotiations and represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation, advocating for their best interests at all times.
