eNL Legal Recruitment are prioritising equality, diversity, and inclusion in the way in which we attract candidates.  We review all our job advertisements ensuring that they are worded in an inclusive manner, making sure not to discourage potential applicants from applying.  We use a wide variety of job boards to attract a broad range of candidates from all backgrounds and support our candidates fully throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that every applicant is represented to the highest standard for the role they have applied too. 

We want to support our clients in fulfilling their strategic objectives, including their diversity and inclusion objectives. When searching for candidates we are able to use innovative and advanced technology to eliminate unconscious bias, providing an inclusive, anonymous shortlist of which to select candidates from. As such we can provide clients with a diverse range of candidates available at the time.
