REGULATORY CASE OFFICER, 12 months experience, LONDON, £31,000-£36,500 - A thriving organisation is seeking the addition of a talented regulatory paralegal to join their team. Hybrid working available. JOB REF: 5194

JOB TITLE:      Regulatory Case Officer/Paralegal
LOCATION:      London / Hybrid
EXPERIENCE:  12 months’
SALARY:          £31,000 - £36,500

•The main purpose of this role is providing support and guidance to individuals involved in fitness to practice proceedings, ensuring fairness and transparency throughout the process.

•As part of your daily work, you will handle a busy caseload, investigate concerns about a registrant's fitness to practise, gather and evaluate evidence, conduct risk assessments, the preparation of case notes. Maintaining accurate case management data and categorising cases efficiently.

•The appointed Legal Professional will provide a person-centred approach to internal and external stakeholders, including assessing any individual needs or vulnerabilities

•Applicants will have a proven track record of handling a sizeable caseload, including conducting investigations in a regulatory or similar environment.
