In this role, you will offer comprehensive and precise legal guidance and assistance to operational teams concerning intricate and high-profile cases throughout the fitness to practice procedure. This role is based within a focussed team dealing with a particularly interesting caseload of complex and significant investigations.

•Responsibilities encompass advising on various healthcare regulatory matters, such as recognising regulatory issues, outlining investigations, gathering evidence, and evaluating risks.

•Working closely with experienced paralegals and case officers, you'll oversee the assessment of information gathered from external investigations, including those by the Police, Coroners and other regulators.

•Applications are open to qualified Solicitors or Barristers with a thorough understanding of regulatory law practice and procedures for assessing fitness to practice with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Current practising certificate for England and Wales is an essential requirement for this role.
