JOB TITLE:        Regulatory Case Manager - FTC
LOCATION:       London
EXPERIENCE:   3+ years’ PQE
SALARY:           Up to £48, 688

In this role you will oversee and assist more junior members of staff within the Professionals Regulation team. You will ensure thorough investigation and resolution of fitness to practise concerns in alignment with the organisation’s goals for quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.

•Your role involves ensuring that investigations regarding professional fitness adhere to standards outlined in an agreed investigation plan.

•This includes conducting thorough risk assessments, escalating cases when necessary, and making decisions on case outcomes in alignment with established guidance and procedures.
