JOB TITLE:          Regulatory Lawyer
LOCATION:         London / Hybrid
EXPERIENCE:     5 years’ PQE
SALARY:             Up to £65,500

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and representing clients in regulatory proceedings.

•Whilst you will be responsible for your own cases you will also be expected to lead a team of fitness to practise lawyers. You will be a proactive individual, looking to take on a leadership role, taking on lead decision making and using your legal expertise on behalf of the organisation

•Applicants should have at least 5 years’ PQE and experience in managing a team to provide support for the fitness to practice department.

•Applicants will be experienced advocates with the ability to provide some representation at hearings if required.

•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
