THE ROLE:
This busy public sector body are looking to appoint a talented and committed Locum Property Lawyer to take on a busy caseload of property matters on behalf of the local authority, with a particular focus on undertaking compulsory purchase orders. The successful applicant will be available to start the role immediately for a period of 3-months, this role can be undertaken on a hybrid basis and you will only be required to work in office one day a week.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate must be resilient, hardworking, and passionate about this area of law. The appointed Locum will have gained at least 3 years’ + experience in this area of law. You will have previous experience of working within a local authority undertaking compulsory purchase orders (CPOs). You will be joining at a busy time you must be able to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to a busy workload.
