RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – LOCUM 5+ YEARS, DEVON, £40 - £45 PER HOUR. A well reputed firm have an opening for a 4-day holiday cover assignment in Devon at the end of March. Job ref: 5181

The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing matters relating to freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, and new builds.

• You will be expected to pick up the existing caseload, hit the ground running and ensure smooth progression of files.
• The firm is considering qualified as well as non-qualified candidates, but considerable experience with wide range of residential conveyancing matters and proven track record of handling own caseload is essential.
• This role will be accompanied by experienced secretarial support.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
• The appointed candidate will be able to be on site during the duration of the assignment.
