JOB TITLE: Dispute Resolution Solicitor - Locum

SALARY: c. £30 - £45 per hour
THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen to join a leading and highly regarded law firm, offering dispute resolution services within commercial and property litigation. The firm consists of highly experienced legal experts, tending to the highest quality of service to private clients. The value of client satisfaction is paramount to the firm’s continuous success and long-established partnerships. They are looking for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to provide expert advice in the following areas of law; debt recovery, housing disputes, professional negligence, holiday disputes or will and inheritance disputes. The role consists of high-level net worth cases and a caseload of general litigation matters. The firm will consider hybrid or remote working, on a full-time or part-time basis.
THE CANDIDATE:
The client is looking for a qualified solicitor with 2 years’ experience, with the ability to utilise their locum experience to keep up the continuity of the dispute resolution services. Your previous experience should include a track record in a broad range of commercial and property litigation matters. The legal professional will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, and strong technical ability. This should be coupled with principal focus on client satisfaction and delivery of high-quality services. A suitable candidate for this role will be expected to start as soon as possible.
