OVERVIEW:
• A fantastic opportunity to join a leading and highly regarded law firm, offering dispute resolution services within commercial and property litigation.
• The firm consists of highly experienced legal experts, tending to the highest quality of service to private clients. The value of client satisfaction is paramount to the firm’s continuous success and long-established partnerships.
• The Dispute Resolution Solicitor will provide expert advice in the following areas of law; debt recovery, housing disputes, professional negligence, holiday disputes or will and inheritance disputes.
• The role consists of high-level net worth cases and a caseload of general litigation matters.
• Your previous experience should include a track record in a broad range of commercial and property litigation matters.
• The role will include responsibility for management of the team and serving as the escalation point for junior members of the team, therefore prior experience with management responsibilities is crucial for this role.
• The principal focus should be on client satisfaction and delivery of high-quality services.
• The legal professional will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, and strong technical ability.
