JOB TITLE: Private Client Locum Solicitor
PQE: 3+ years PQE
LOCATION: Devon

THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? This thriving local high street firm are currently seeking the assistance of an experienced Private Client Solicitor, to assist them on a locum basis during a busy period. Commencing work in September/October. The successful Locum Solicitor will be managing a caseload of wills and probate matters at various stages of completion and will ensure that the matters continue to progress well in the fee earners absence. The caseload you will take on will be varied and will cover matters such as Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate planning and powers of attorney.

The firm are seeking a safe pair of hands who will ensure their clients continue to receive exceptional levels of care during this period. It is anticipated that the locum will be required for 2-3 months. The firm are looking at candidates on a part time or full-time basis.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with upwards of 3 years PQE, you will have availability to commence a new role at relatively short notice and will be able to work in the office location in Devon. With well-developed client care skills, and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues, you will enjoy working in a team environment. Secretarial support will be available, but a good level of IT literacy is required in order to use the necessary computer systems and software.
