Job Title:       Regulatory Solicitor
Experience:   2 to 6 years’ PQE

OVERVIEW:
•Delivering legal assistance and advice to individuals confronting penalties and potential disqualification.
•Offer guidance on the procedure for disciplinary proceedings.
•Offering guidance on legal challenges and appeals against regulatory decisions.
•You will have 2 to 6 years of relevant post-qualification expertise.
•Proficient in showcasing comprehensive understanding of fitness to practice and regulatory laws, as well as associated practices and procedures.
•Demonstrated proficiency in case preparation across various court levels and tribunals.
•Proven track record of effectively handling complex cases and conducting thorough investigative work.
