An exciting new opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Solicitor to join a well regarded and growing team.

OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE to become a vital part of this leading team, handling a varied and high value caseload within a fast-paced environment.
• You will be advising on a broad range of commercial transactions, including agency and distributorship agreements, conditions of sale and purchase, confidentiality and exclusivity agreements, contractual joint ventures and collaborations and manufacturing and supply agreements.
• You will be technically strong, and highly proficient in your provision of creative and commercially viable solutions to varied legal challenges.
• You will be motivated to excel within the team, displaying academic excellence, technical strength and a team-orientated nature.
• You will have demonstrable experience handling a full range of commercial contracts matters and be keen to take your career to the next level within a highly regarded Legal 500 firm with key lawyers.
