PQE: 5+ PQE

SALARY: £Dependent on experience
THE ROLE:
Do you possess the ability to deal with a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion? Are you well versed in dealing with all types of residential property transactions and looking for a role which could offer slightly more responsibility? An opportunity has arisen at a leading regional law firm who are keen to grow the residential property offerings in the Nottingham area. If you able to build and develop a residential property team then we would like to hear from you!
THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal Residential Property Lawyers will have at least 5 years of experience managing their own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion as well as complex matters. Ideally you will have the ability to manage and supervise junior fee earners and support staff as the team grows. As the appointed Residential Property Lawyer, you will be able to manage and build strong relationships with clients, introducers and colleagues.
