OVERVIEW:

• You will be responsible for managing a busy caseload to include transfer of existing commercial leases, grant and renewal of commercial leases, acquisition and disposal and other commercial property matters.
• You must show enthusiasm for and have proven record of business development, be a team player and be able to work with others at all levels of the firm.
• You will be a strong communicator with good rapport building skills and the resilience to work under pressure by organising yourself effectively to meet deadlines as needed.
