THE ROLE:
This highly regarded firm is seeking an experienced and ambitious Lawyer to their friendly and exciting commercial team, confident in working in the dynamic student accommodation market handling public-private partnership arrangements. The work will include advising on procurement strategies, joint venture arrangements, long-term project/operating agreements, complex project finance and income strip funding structures, and long-term facilities management arrangements.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have previous experience of at least 5 years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate the ability to lead on major projects, as well as skill in drafting and negotiating high value commercial contracts. You should have a strong knowledge and experience of public procurement processes in PFI/PP markets, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
