HOUSING LAWYER – LOCUM 5+ years PQE, DERBYSHIRE, £40 - £45 per hour. A locum opportunity with a friendly organisation providing housing advice and services in Derbyshire.

• Experienced Lawyer opportunity in Housing Department in Derbyshire organisation to oversee the increasing legal aid caseload and all housing law matters.

• Role involves varied caseloads in Housing Law, focusing on legal aid matters, evictions, notices, and anti-social behaviour. This will be supported by secretarial and administrative assistance.

• This position is open to both Qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives, and more experienced applicants may be assigned more complex files.

• You should be equipped with the ability to hit the ground running and have experience with a wide range of caseloads and volumes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail are crucial for this role.

• Initially this will be a 3-month role with s potential of this position being available on permanent basis. The role requires office presence for the minimum of 3 days per week, including court attendance.
