OVERVIEW:
• A Solicitor or Legal Executive is sought after to join this regulated practice in Derbyshire and take on the existing caseload of private client matters as well as build and develop the offerings.
• The appointed Solicitor or Legal Executive is looking for someone with a strong track record of handling their own caseload of private client matters including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.
• You will ideally have at least 5 years PQE and be happy to be office based for this role as a number of clients attend the office to instruct on matters
• Qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives seeking a work/life balance and the chance to potentially head up the team (secretarial support will be available).
• Salary dependent on experience up to circa £50,000.
