THE ROLE:
A fantastic opportunity awaits an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a reputable firm located in Somerset. Renowned for delivering exceptional services across all facets of residential conveyancing, this firm offers a diverse caseload encompassing freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and remortgages, among other matters. With the support of highly skilled secretarial and administrative staff, the successful candidate will have the resources necessary to efficiently manage their workload. This position entails a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave with hybrid working arrangements, necessitating on-site attendance three days a week to accommodate regular client visits to the firm.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate for the solicitor position must possess at least two years of post-qualification experience, specifically in handling a varied caseload of residential property matters from the start until completion. Proficiency in drafting and technical aspects is imperative. Moreover, candidates must showcase a track record of independently managing own caseload and providing top-tier legal services. Excellent organizational abilities, strong motivation, and effective communication skills across various levels are indispensable qualities for this role. You must have the ability to pick up the existing caseload hit the ground running.
