PROBATE SOLICITOR– LOCUM, £40 – £45 PER HOUR, SOMERSET, HYBRID, ON-GOING. An opportunity to join a well-established law firm as a locum family solicitor providing excellent services in Somerset. JOB REF: 5596
• Provide comprehensive legal guidance and assistance to clients in matters related to probate, estate administration, and inheritance.
• Manage a varied caseload efficiently, overseeing the probate process from start to finish, including gathering assets, paying debts, and distributing inheritances.
• Prepare and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, probate applications, and estate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Have the ability to pick up the existing caseload and hit the ground running, ensuring the smooth progression of files.
• A suitable candidate should be able to work on-site 2 days per week.
