LOCUM RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR 2+ years PQE, SOMERSET, £40 - £45 per hour. A well-established law firm providing excellent services in Somerset is looking for a locum solicitor to cover maternity leave. JOB REF: 5170
• An opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a firm in Somerset known for excellence in residential conveyancing.
• Diverse caseload of all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and remortgages which will be supported by skilled secretarial and administrative staff.
• 12-month contract covering maternity leave with hybrid working arrangements to work 3 days on-site in office based in Somerset.
• Minimum two years of post-qualification experience with a track record of independently managing caseload and providing top-tier legal services.
• Proficiency in drafting and technical aspects essential with the ability to hit the ground running with existing caseload.
