OVERVIEW:
• The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be responsible for providing sound and commercially minded clinical negligence advice to clients within the healthcare and insurance sectors.
• You will be responsible for handling a varied and high value caseload of litigated and pre-litigated matters, becoming an integral part of the Birmingham and wider national team.
• In addition to handling your own files, you can expect to work in larger teams on more complex matters
• Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with between 2-4 Years PQE in Clinical Negligence matters, ideally with a proven track record handling claims on behalf of defendant clients.
• You will be both commercially and practically minded, keen to develop ongoing relationships with NHS Trusts and Insurers.
