OVERVIEW:
• Joining this nationally regarded team, you will take responsibility for a caseload of a wide variety of defendant Clinical Negligence matters.
• As well as your own files, you will also assist senior clinical negligence solicitors on more complex claims and will be liaising with clients at all stages of the case.
• In addition, you will get involved with running seminars and training for clients and have the opportunity to go on secondments to client sites.
• The successful candidate will have between 2-4 years’ PQE as a clinical negligence solicitor within the defendant healthcare sector and have handled a range of clinical negligence matters.
• You will be adept and confident in advising healthcare professionals of all levels with regards to ongoing claims, working both independently and as part of a larger team.
• This firm are one of the pre-eminent law firms within defendant clinical negligence matters.
