JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years’ experience.
LOCATION: Derbyshire

THE ROLE:
The busy private client department of this local law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor to take responsibility for a caseload of wills and probate matters. As the appointed Private Client Solicitor, dealing with the full range of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and Inheritance Tax Planning. In addition to handling your own caseload of files you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues on complex matters as well as providing support to other members of the team and play a key role in business development and networking.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience managing their own private client files. You will have a proven track record advising a wide range of private clients on all aspects of wills and probate matters. You will have exceptional client care and communication skills, as well as a strong team working ethic.
