OVERVIEW:
• An exciting new opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include, investment, development, landlord and tenant issues, and secured lending.
• You will have experience in a variety of property work, demonstrating expertise in investment, development, landlord and tenant matters, and secured lending.You will be a clear communicator who can remain calm under pressured situations, whilst keeping client best interests at heart.
• A can-do attitude it essential, together with being a team player.
