OVERVIEW:
• An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team.
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied residential property caseload to include, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, rights of way, restrictive covenants, auction sales/purchases, buy to let, deeds of gift/ gifted deposits, equity release, help to buy, joint ownership and trust deeds and leasehold enfranchisement.
• You will be able to work unsupervised whilst assisting junior members of the team as required.
• You will be a clear communicator who can remain calm under pressured situations, whilst keeping client best interests at heart.
• A can-do attitude it essential, together with being a team player.
