OVERVIEW:
• An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a reputable team
• Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied commercial litigation caseload to include, breach of contract, intellectual property matters, director/shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, reputation management, regulatory disputes, and financial services and professional negligence claims.
• You will be a clear communicator who can remain calm under pressured situations, whilst keeping client best interests at heart.
• A can-do attitude it essential, together with being a team player.
