THE ROLE:
A fantastic opportunity available to join a Top 100 firm for an experienced Costs Draftsperson. The firm are increasingly busy and are looking to hire a Costs Draftsperson into their costs team. The costs team undertake a variety of work to include bills of costs, points of disputes, budgets, advice and negotiations for personal injury, clinical negligence, court of protection and commercial matters. In this role, you'll handle your own caseload and be able to meet client requirements in order to offer excellent customer service. As part of the firm, you'll be working with experts in their field, receiving excellent salary and benefits packages.

THE CANDIDATE:
This role is best suited to experienced Costs Lawyers or a non-qualified draftsperson with a minimum of 4 years’ experience. The Successful candidate will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. Confident communicators will thrive in this role as the successful Costs Draftsperson will be expected to work with stakeholders at all levels across the business. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, driven, and keen to progress their career.
