JOB TITLE:      Costs Draftsperson
EXPERIENCE:  3+ years’ experience
LOCATION:     Greater Manchester
SALARY:         Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Costs Draftsperson for a Top 100 firm. The successful candidate will undertake a number of tasks including, points of disputes, budget, advise, bills of costs, personal injury, clinical injury, court of protection, commercial matters and advise and negotiations. The individual will manage their own caseload, and dependant on experience, manage the costs team. To be successful in this role it is important that the Legal Professional will be organised and will work well under pressure.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate is required to have excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively. The individual will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience and will be either a Costs Lawyer or a non-qualified Draftsperson. The candidate will be expected to work with stakeholders at all levels across the business and will be a confident communicator.
