JOB TITLE:         Construction Solicitor

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a confident Construction Solicitor to join a leading Manchester practice. As a member of the Manchester construction team, you will provide clients with legal advice on both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will take on a busy and varied caseload of construction matters on behalf of a range of clients to include, developers, commercial occupiers, funders, education establishments, investors, financial institutions and building contractors. The appointed legal professional will handle all aspects of Real Estate to include the acquisition, disposal, development, letting and management of properties including the financing of transactions, planning, construction and any property litigation matters. You will have the opportunity to play an active and key role in the future direction of the firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of dealing with a range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters. The successful Construction Solicitor in this role will be accountable for consistently delivering on all aspects of construction law and be an active member of the construction team. A strong commercial sense is also necessary along with a practical approach to solving problems. This role will require the successful candidate to have great communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
