JOB TITLE:        Construction Solicitor

OVERVIEW:
•In your role as a member of a construction team in Manchester, you will offer legal advice to clients regarding both contentious and non-contentious matters.

•Construction matters will be handled on behalf of a range of clients, including developers, commercial occupiers, funders, education institutions, investors, financial institutions and building contractors.

•All aspects of Real Estate will be handled by the appointed legal professional, including acquisition, disposal, development, letting, managing, and financing transactions, planning, construction, and litigation.

•Applicants should have at least 3 years’ experience of dealing with a range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
