OVERVIEW:
• This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Solicitor to join this busy team.
• You will be responsible for advising clients from start-ups and SMEs through to major organisations on a broad range of issues including distribution and agency agreements, general contracts and data protection matters.
• You can expect to be working closely with some of the industry's leading experts gaining ongoing training and development within your specialist area.
• Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors with at least 5+ years' PQE in Commercial law, gained within a Top 100 commercial law firm.
• You will be a strong communicator and take a proactive approach to your work, comfortable working individually as well as part of a team.
• There will be opportunities to continue building and developing your skills and practice under the guidance of the partners.
