JOB TITLE: Asbestos Lawyer
EXPERIENCE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Tyne & Wear
SALARY: Up to c£55,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This firm are seeking the addition of an Asbestos Lawyer who is an expert in handling claims for asbestos related diseases such as mesothelioma, pleural thickening and lung cancer. The successful Asbestos Lawyer will be responsible for their own busy caseload of high value multi-track matters and will be required to run the case from initial enquiry to trial, including cases issued to the High Court. The appointed Lawyer will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring other team members therefore a passion for this area of law is essential.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from highly motivated Lawyers who have a passion for this area of law. The appointed Asbestos Lawyer will have a complete working knowledge and understanding of the issues involved in dealing with multi-track cases, such as costs. It is imperative that the successful candidate is enthusiastic and keen to grow talent within the wider team. Excellent networking skills are essential in order to develop relationships with this firm’s broad client base.
