JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
EXPERIENCE: 4+ years
LOCATION: Tyne & Wear
SALARY: c£45,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
This role would suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 4 years' experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing matters. The appointed Property Lawyer will be able to handle a caseload that specifically includes Buy to Let property purchases, New build and Auction work. The firm hold an excellent reputation, not only by offering the quality service to clients but also offering a supportive work environment as well as excellent career prospects. Thus, they require a talented individual to join the team and work in collaboration in growing and developing the firm.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate must be resilient, hardworking, and passionate about this area of law with at least 4 years’ experience in residential property matters. You will be highly personable and charismatic with previous experience in dealing with the full range of residential conveyancing transactions and be able to run your caseload with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have good organisational and communication skills and be comfortable working within a team to achieve the department’s goals.
