JOB TITLE: Education Lawyer
PQE: 2 plus years’ experience
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

OVERVIEW:
• A highly regarded practice renowned for the service they provide to their clients and are recommended in the legal directories for their services is keen to hear from Lawyers looking for a new challenge.
• Applications are welcomed from bright and ambitious lawyers who are looking to develop their knowledge in this area of law.
• Ideal Solicitors or Legal Executives will have at least 2 years’ experience of dealing with education (Special Educational Needs Tribunal matters) or social care or court of protection matters gained within a company recognised for legal service offerings.
• Joining an established and close-knit team the appointed individual will be working closely within a team-oriented firm who provide advice to client nationwide regarding education and special educational needs.
• Experienced Education Lawyers can expect to manage a complex caseload of matters including SEN Tribunal cases (support and training will be available for individuals who don’t have the necessary experience in dealing with SEN / Education related matters).
• The firm deal with complex matters and are looking for driven individuals who would welcome the opportunity to gain exposure to act on behalf of parents to solve complex matters.
• Competitive salary on offer along with the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week once initial period of settling in has been completed.
