THE ROLE:
A highly regarded practice is looking to appoint a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Lawyer into their growing and busy team. The appointed Commercial Litigation Lawyer will be dealing with a varied caseload of litigation matters including contract disputes, breach of warranty disputes, consumer rights.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Legal Executives and Solicitors who possess at least 3 years’ experience of handling their own caseload of commercial litigation related matters gained within a leading and regional practice. If you’re looking for a full time or part time role, we would like to hear from you. Ideal Commercial Litigation Lawyers will have strong business development skills and a desire to build and develop the profile of the team and firm. Technically strong and team-oriented you will be able to provide advice across the broad remit of commercial litigation.
