THE ROLE:
Are you an experienced and dedicated Senior Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE, seeking a new challenge? Look no further! As Senior Residential Property Solicitor you will play a pivotal role in the property department, utilising your 5+ PQE in handling all aspects of residential property transactions. Your expertise will contribute to the success of the team as well as continue to provide a top service to the firm’s valued client base.
THE CANDIDATE:
Manging a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, the appointed Senior Residential Property Lawyer will possess the ability to deal with the whole conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion. With extensive residential property experience and you will have at least 5 years PQE in dealing with your own caseload of matters including liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.
