OVERVIEW:
• Reporting to the Head of Department, the successful Legal Secretary will be joining the busy Personal Injury team within this growing firm.
• The duties involved are, but not limited to, audio typing, preparation of documents and correspondence, speaking to clients and third parties by telephone and diary management.
• You will be working in a pool of legal secretaries in a defined work stream of either road traffic accidents, employers’ liability, public liability or clinical negligence.
• My client is seeking applications from Legal Secretaries that possess prior experience of working on Personal Injury matters, with a strong base of legal knowledge.
• You will have excellent spelling, punctuation and grammar and must boast a Grade C or above for English and Maths GCSEs.
• Excellent customer service skills, including professional and friendly telephone manner are essential
