• You will take responsibility for a caseload of a wide variety of defendant Clinical Negligence matters as well as assisting senior clinical negligence solicitors on more complex claims.
• The successful candidate will have up to around 3 years’ PQE in clinical negligence litigation, ideally for defendant clients.
• Recently qualified Solicitor who have trained with a nationally regarded firm and spent at least 1 seat of their training contract in clinical negligence are encouraged to apply.
• You will be adept and confident in advising healthcare professionals of all levels with regards to ongoing claims, working both independently and as part of a larger team.
