Clinical Negligence Solicitor 2+ PQE, West Midlands, £45,000 to £55,000 (DOE). A new role has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join an established team. To apply or to register your interest, please call Theresa on 0121 454 1004 and quote Job Ref:

THE FIRM:
• The firm have a specialist Clinical Negligence team with lawyers who are experienced in dealing with all types of clinical negligence claims, dealing with high-value work including multi-million pound claims.
• You will be working alongside the existing team and managing your own caseload, handling new and existing claims, including litigated matters
• You will be comfortable travelling to meet clients and potential witnesses face-to-face, attending Court hearings, liaising with Barristers, medical experts, and other professionals to assist with each claim and preparing and drafting documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules
• You will have at least 2 years’ of experience in a similar role (in-house or private practice)
• Experience of working in a target driven commercial environment would be an advantage
• A proven track record of dealing with high value claims and a strong billing history
• You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, outstanding professionalism and a proactive nature and excellent organisational skills including the ability to effectively prioritise and time-manage workload/tasks
