JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: At least 2 years PQE
LOCATION: Cheshire (Commutable from: Chester, Congleton, Crewe, Middlewich, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Northwich, Sandbach)

THE ROLE:
You will be joining a busy team handling a wide range of contentious matters for clients including contract disputes, property and agriculture disputes, contentious probate and professional negligence issues. Working closely with the Head of Department, you will have your own caseload and clients to deal with, as well as assisting on major disputes as part of a larger team. This is an expanding team, with strong links to the local community, so you will be encouraged to get involved in networking events and proactive business development initiatives.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE handling commercial disputes, ideally used to working with a broad spectrum of clients. No two days will be the same, so you need to be a team player and flexible in your approach to work, able to handle a small property litigation case one day, then be part of a team advising on a complex contract dispute the next.
