JOB TITLE:    Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE:              2 – 5 years
LOCATION:   Cheshire
SALARY:       Up to c£50,000 DOE

• You will oversee a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, encompassing residential and commercial disputes. This includes handling Dilapidation claims, boundary disputes, easements and covenants, notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act, associated possession claims, break notices, property-related professional negligence claims, injunctions against trespassers, and agricultural disputes involving AHA tenancies and partnership disputes.

• You should demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision on various matters, while also effectively contributing as a part of a team led by a partner on larger cases.

• Fostering strong internal relationships with the Real Estate team will be crucial in this role, alongside developing external relationships with local property professionals, as integral components of advancing the property litigation practice.

• Applicants will be a qualified Solicitor with 2 – 5 years’ PQE and relevant experience working within a respected Dispute Resolution team.
