Planning Solicitor, London (Remote) 3+ PQE. This busy public sector body are seeking a talented and committed Locum Planning Solicitor to join them on a temporary basis, either on a remote basis or from the client’s office. JOB TITLE: Planning Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years
LOCATION: London / Remote
SALARY: Excellent Hourly Rate

THE ROLE:
Our client is a public sector body located in the South East of England; they are looking for an expert Solicitor to expand their existing team. The role will be varied and will require the appointed Planning Solicitor to be confident in their ability to conduct a file from start to finish. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Dealing with complex planning matters
• Section 106 agreements
• Conduct of planning litigation
• Drafting of enforcement notices
• Negotiation of section 106 agreements
• All planning related documentation

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have in excess of 3 years PQE working as a Planning Solicitor or Legal Executive. You will be a professional who can offer quality and proficient advice on legal planning matters. Ideally you will have experience of working within the public sector and an understanding of working well within a team. Some experience of managing a team would be an advantage.
