JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 4+ years
LOCATION: Wiltshire

THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Commercial Property Solicitor with some experience of Residential Conveyancing. The appointed Solicitor must have previous experience of handling a busy caseload of property matters such as landlord and tenant, developments, leasehold enfranchisement, and freehold matters. The files will be at various stages of progression and it is likely that there will be some exchanges and completions during this period. This role will require you to be able to multi-task under pressure as you will be required to able to assist and act on behalf of the property investors as and when they need support. This role may be done from home or from one our clients offices.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and legal Executives with a minimum of 4 years’ + PQE in Commercial Conveyancing. The ideal candidate must be resilient, hardworking, and passionate about this area of law. You will be comfortable in dealing with matters from instruction to completion on both sales and purchases.
