COMMERCIAL PROPERTY PARALEGAL, 1+ YEARS PQE, WILTSHIRE, £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE) –Fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarding property and development team. JOB REF: 5209.
OVERVIEW:
• Excellent salary plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday, health insurance and pension scheme.
• You will assist with a wide and varied range of commercial/land & development transactions such as leases, site acquisitions, plot sales, licences, commercial sales and purchases, finance, SDLT and Land Registry applications.
• You will have excellent communication skills, IT skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
