OVERVIEW:

• As a successful candidate, you will have experience and excellent knowledge of buying and selling leasehold and freehold residential property and mortgage procedures, including other general aspects of residential conveyancing.

• The experience with managing own caseload is a must, along with experience handling sales and purchases for clients from the beginning until completion.

• You will be liaising with third parties and other departments in the firm i.e. tax planning, sales on behalf of Executors.

• You will be acting as a first point of contact for clients with property queries.

• The candidate will have experience with drafting legal documents concerning all residential conveyancing matters and handle residential tenancy-related matters.

• The applicant will be reporting to the Head of Property regarding client handling and financial duties.

• You will be responsible for supervising junior members of the team.
