CORPORATE SOLICITOR (FUNDS FOCUSED) – LONDON – 6 MONTH CONTRACT - £130,000 – JOB REF:5797

This is an outstanding opportunity with a top 20 international law firm, with a reputation for excellence in legal and tax advisory services. Applications are invited from qualified solicitors with 3 years + PQE possessing strong technical ability and knowledge of funds law and have previous experience of working with a leading national or international law firm.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to build successful client relationships and with proven experience in managing multiple priorities, working to sometimes conflicting timescales in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
The successful Solicitor will join this exciting team which focuses on a variety of sectors including real estate, infrastructure, venture capital & debt and private equity. This opportunity will expose the successful Solicitor to advising leading UK and international investors on their funds investment program, corporatised sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, club deals and general advisory work.
