JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor
PQE: At least 2 years
LOCATION: Bradford

THE ROLE:
This busy high street firm is looking to recruit an additional Family Solicitor to the team. The Family Solicitor will be responsible for their own caseload of Family and Care work, handling their own advocacy and play a key role in the continued development of the Family Department and wider firm in general. You will be dealing with Legal Aid and privately funded matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Family Solicitor will have at least 2 years’ PQE handling Family law matters, including divorce, care and domestic violence, and be confident handling their own advocacy. You must be comfortable handling both publicly and privately funded work, and Panel Membership would be a distinct advantage. As well as a strong technical background, it is vital that the Family Solicitor has a commercial focus to their work and takes a proactive approach to business development.
