JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor

The successful candidate will be representing at tribunals and will be overseeing the running of cases by nominated panel Solicitors. Furthermore, you will provide guidance and representation to union members, representatives, and officials with respect to employment and industrial law matters. This role is particularly well suited to a talented Employment Solicitor who wants to take the next step in their career, you will be tested on your ability to also deal with miscellaneous matters that may arise. You will have the confidence and the ability to take appropriate daily decisions on cases to ensure their swift progression.
The position is open to qualified solicitors with 3-8 years’ PQE and experience working in employment law. Applicants will be tenacious and hard-working, with a drive to push forward your career and take control of the wheel. You will be skilled in self-discipline and self-motivation and will be confident in your ability to handle a caseload of employment matters. This role requires excellent prioritisation and meticulous attention to detail which will enable you to construct clear and effective arguments, yielding the best result for clients. You will have the opportunity to play an active and key role in the future direction of the firm, and in the development and growth of the Employment team.
